Start from the home page and explore category slides, featured rails, and product sections. You can also use search or category links to narrow the list quickly.

Open a product page or card to review the photo, price, article number, description, and availability. Choose the quantity before adding the item.

Use the quantity selector, then click “Add to basket”. Continue shopping if you want to add more foods from other categories.

Open the basket from the header. Check item photos, names, quantities, prices, and totals. You can increase, decrease, or remove items before checkout.

Continue from the basket to checkout. Enter your contact and shipping information, choose a delivery method, select a payment method, then move through the “Next” steps.

• Available payment methods (card, COD, PayPay, etc.) are shown during checkout.
• Please enter the shipping address carefully to avoid delivery issues.

Review the final summary, delivery fee, payment fee, and total amount before placing the order. After the order is completed, a confirmation email is sent. Keep your order reference safe.
