These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this online shop and your purchase of goods from CareEarth Mart (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our delivery, cancellation, and privacy policies.

1. Scope

The Store operates an e-commerce service for customers ordering to addresses within Japan, as described in our delivery policy.

2. Contract

When you complete checkout and we confirm your order, a sales contract is formed between you and the Store for the items and quantities shown in the order confirmation, subject to availability and lawful delivery.

3. Product information and prices

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown as accurately as possible. Prices are as displayed at checkout (including consumption tax where applicable). We may correct obvious errors before acceptance.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are those offered at checkout (for example credit card, cash on delivery, or electronic payment). You must pay in full according to the selected method.

5. Delivery

Delivery areas, shipping fees, handling of ambient versus frozen/chilled items, dispatch lead times, carriers, time slots, absence handling, and related rules are set out in our Delivery & Refund Policy (aligned with our published shipping practice). Shipping fees depend on order amount (tax-included), product type (standard vs frozen/chilled), and destination prefecture.

• We generally ship within 2–3 business days after your order.
• Estimated transit varies by region (for example 1–2 days after dispatch for Kantō, longer for other regions or remote areas).
• If frozen/chilled and standard items are ordered together, frozen/chilled shipping rates apply to the order.

6. Inspection on arrival

Please check parcels for damage, quantity, and (for frozen/chilled goods) temperature condition when you receive them. Report any problem promptly using the contact details below.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the site, place fraudulent orders, engage in resale or hoarding that we reasonably deem abusive, or interfere with other customers or our operations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for direct loss arising from the sale of goods is limited to the price paid for the affected items, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where such exclusion is unlawful.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, carrier disruptions, or supply shortages).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Japan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
